Ashley Lewis
Co-President · Tyler, Texas
Ashley is a dedicated family person and a proud mother of three. She shares her life with her supportive husband, and together they create a nurturing home. Passionate about traveling, she enjoys exploring new cultures and experiences, often using those adventures as teaching moments for her kids.
Her strong work ethic shows in everything she does; she believes in the value of hard work and commitment. Known for her honesty and trustworthiness, Ashley has built strong relationships both personally and professionally, always striving to set a positive example.

Marredia Roquemore
Co-Founder · Carthage, Texas
Marredia founded AshRoq Financial to serve people seeking affordable tax preparation and bookkeeping. Born in Carthage, Texas, she is a mother to two daughters and a wife to a loving husband, and holds an associate's and bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.
After graduating from St. Edward's University, she saw the need for competent, honest and reliable tax preparers and bookkeepers across East Texas. She began taking on additional clients in 2012 and has since grown to over 500 clients with more than nine years of tax and bookkeeping work behind her. She stays current through workshops in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, audit assurance and income tax preparation — and when there's time, she travels, reads and spends every spare hour with family.
